ABOUT meghan

I stopped trying to be a good spiritual girlie and started living for myself.

The day I sold my wedding ring and used the cash to book a plane ticket to Mexico was the first step I took to reclaim my power. While the life I knew collapsed under my feet, it was a potent portal for rebirth. That's how I found myself riding shotgun through the dense Mexican jungle with a stranger who carried a machete. We arrived at a pitch-black cave with crystal-clear water for a sound healing session. The singing bowls rang soothing tones as I laid there, watching bats fly overhead.

At that moment, I realized I had started living for myself and it was a reminder that the most potent healing can come when we decide to break the rules.

Now, I provide that space for women who are dismantling their own patterns rooted in disempowerment.

You may be feeling the first rumblings of the ground shifting under your feet, or maybe you've been blindsided by loss. The disruption is an opportunity to come home to yourself

then versus now…

While my life is now rooted in ritual, fulfilling work, and joyful ease, in those early days I longed for a safe container to rage, express, and move through the emotions I was experiencing after being discarded by an abusive partner of almost a decade. I stayed because I thought if I could just fix myself or do the right things, he would value me and show up.

Sometimes, you have to break the rules

Healing isn't linear. The journey back to yourself can be messy. Sometimes that means breaking the rules. For me, that realization first came when I had a panic attack during a sacred meditation at a Buddhist monastery. I was frozen on my cushion with silent tears streaming down my face. The truth was, I couldn't find peace in stillness with the trauma circulating in my body. I needed to rage.

I decided to give myself a colourful plethora of experiences to process and heal the trauma. That looked like everything from talk therapy to smashing old TVs with a baseball bat, and even a few spontaneous tattoos. I put one foot in front of the other and I just kept going.

who i work with

In the healing containers I create now, women have permission to listen to what their body and heart need. That may look like a gentle self hug, crying, or having the space to say things out loud that she can't anywhere else. As women, it's time we honour our emotional range instead of suppressing it for politeness or acceptance.

When I shifted my internal world, it manifested into fertile ground. Now I find gratitude and fulfillment in the small moments each day whether that's drinking coffee from the balcony of my dream home, feeling seen and supported by my amazing partner, or deeply connected friendships. The disempowered patterns and trauma that ruled my life for so long are now a distant memory.

This is my intention for you.
