This Fall Equinox Circle is a warm, grounding gathering designed to help you honour your harvest, celebrate all you've cultivated, and give thanks for the abundance this season has brought and will continue to bring. Through reflective somatic practices, soulful connection with other women, and a mini sound bath, you'll step into fall feeling grateful, grounded, and full.

Our bodies hold onto past pain, trauma, and memories, which are stored in our tissues and carried everywhere we go.
Through somatic, body-based practices, we can move this stagnant energy out and release old patterns, emotional weight, even physical pain. This is nervous system healing.
