This course was designed to be completed over 8 weeks, though you can move at your own pace. It’s recommended to do the weekly audio somatic practice more than once to receive the full benefits and effects.

In just 1 to 2 hours per week, you can easily integrate these practices and teachings into your daily routines.

  • week 3 - forgiveness & release

  • week 4 - somatic tuning

    The state of your body is the state of your life! Recalibrate your emotional body and mental state. Build upon your toolbox of somatic practices to continue widening your window of tolerance for whatever life throws your way. Feel it to release it!

  • week 5 - transmutation

    Transform the old into the new. Choose differently and witness huge change in your life. The power is fully in your hands! Connect back to your inherent value and worthiness just by being alive. We’ll turn to Mother Nature as she teaches us with her vast wisdom.

  • week 6 - opening to receive

    Receiving is a biggie and you’ve got to first have space to receive the blessings and changes you desire. We’ll work with the body to establish safety so you remember you can handle anything. You are worthy of having it all!

  • week 7 - energetic frequency

    Cultivate an attitude of gratitude for how far you’ve come. Tap into your greatest expansion through nature, love, and infinite possibilities. We’ll practice holding so much love for ourselves, for each other, and for the world through various meditation practices and rituals.

  • week 8 - the rebirth

    Time to put it all together! Acknowledge your work and gained self-awareness. Celebrate your freedom from old patterns and your gained confidence to shape your future. Use this journey as a blueprint again for future healing in life.
