What You’ll Experience
This is relational healing. Not just in theory, but in practice.
It may feel a little uncomfortable if you’re not used to sitting with your emotions or body sensations. But the old survival strategies will begin to gently soften.
And beyond understanding these patterns, you’ll be gently guided into actually feeling what’s underneath them and finally make a shift.
In our sessions, we’ll slow down enough for your body to safely process an emotion or challenge you’ve been carrying: anger that never had space, grief that stayed stuck, fear that’s been living in your chest for years. You might notice the tightness in your chest begin to soften, the lump in your throat finally move, or the constant buzz of anxiety dissolve. Instead of analyzing it, you’ll learn how to stay with it, gently move it, and allow it to release.
This is how old survival responses begin to unwind; not through force, but through safe, supported experience in your body.
You’ll learn practical trauma-informed somatic tools like breath awareness, grounding exercises to settle anxiety, EFT tapping, and other regulating techniques you can use during hard conversations, so you can shift patterns in real time.
This isn’t about becoming less sensitive.
It’s about becoming more resourced.

We meet virtually twice per month for 60 minutes at a time and each session will have your own personalized mix of somatic coaching, nervous system education, and body-based practices you can use in your daily life.

Typically, I coach clients on breaking through their disempowering relational patterns and use somatic-based tools to nurture healing and a strong sense of inner safety.
I encourage you to send in an intention before each session so we can get laser-focused. Expect to leave feeling more grounded in your body and aligned with your next steps. -
