Our bodies hold onto so much. Past pain, trauma, and memories are stored in our tissues. We are quite literally walking around our daily lives carrying baggage that does not serve us! It did serve us at one time, but not anymore.

We can have beautiful deep emotional releases (sometimes even the relief of physical pain symptoms) when we move this stagnant energy through and out of us. We can do this through many different somatic (body-based) practices. This is what has gotten me through my toughest moments in life and what has helped me break old patterns and release old pain.

In these curated sacred spaces, you will always experience one of more of the following somatic practices:

  • Very gentle yoga movement

  • Meditation and/or visualization

  • Music-making and using your voice

  • Trauma-informed practices

  • EFT tapping

  • Energy healing

  • Grounding

  • Shaking

  • Intuitive movement through dance

  • Exploratory movement

You’ve got to “feel it to release it”!

 

Music is truly the medicine of the soul. It’s so much more than an art form! It’s the universal language of healing in community.

In our sacred women’s circles, music and sound is woven into ceremony. One of the most potent forms of healing is learning to use your own voice. I create opportunity for you to unleash your voice through vocalization, song, and story telling.

You’ll also experience soothing sounds of various instruments to help ground you mindfully into the present moment.
