Live coaching calls are held every Wednesday evening at 6:30pm EST starting November 20th, 2024 through January 15th, 2025. (*No call on December 25th*)

Each week, you’ll get access to:

• Recorded video mini-lesson on that week’s theme

• Audio recording of a guided somatic practice for you to integrate throughout the week

• Live group coaching call via Zoom (60 minutes)

• Journal/reflection prompts

These calls will be a space for you to ask questions, receive coaching, and for the whole group to experience a live somatic practice together in community. The calls will also be recorded so you can refer back to them as often as you want
